4. Service Engagements

All service engagements begin with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost. This proposal, once accepted, forms the basis of our agreement.

For web development, app development, and other technical services, I will provide regular progress updates and opportunities for feedback at key milestones.

You agree to provide all necessary content, access, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays. If delays occur due to client-side issues, additional costs may apply.

Upon completion of a project, I provide a 30-day warranty period for fixing any bugs or issues that arise from the original scope of work. Changes or additions to the original scope may incur additional costs.

5. Payment Terms

My payment terms vary depending on the project size and scope:

  • For projects under ₹50,000: 50% upfront payment, 50% upon completion
  • For projects over ₹50,000: 40% upfront, 30% at project midpoint, 30% upon completion
  • For ongoing maintenance or retainer services: Monthly billing in advance

All invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

I accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit cards.

6. Cancelation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, the following applies:

  • Cancellation before 25% completion: 50% of paid amount refunded
  • Cancellation between 25-50% completion: 25% of paid amount refunded
  • Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund available

Project completion percentage is determined based on the agreed-upon project timeline and deliverables.

If I am unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any unused portion of your payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to my Website and Services, including, without limitation, warranties implied by law with respect to satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose.

My liability for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of my Website or Services shall be limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such liability.

I am not responsible for:

  • Any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data
  • Any business interruption
  • Any loss of anticipated savings
  • Any loss of business opportunity or goodwill
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

This limitation of liability applies even if I have been expressly advised of the potential loss.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CodePilotx, its owner, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation or breach of any terms of these Terms.

This Website may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that I endorse the website(s) or service(s). I have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s) or service(s).

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
